London Fashion Week 2012: Fyodor Golan SS12

14.9.12

Design duo Fyodor Podgorny and Golan Frydman  said that this season had been spiritually-charged.As for last season, this season was surely not to disappoint...in fact it wasnt to!
From Ocean blue pieces to a pink rose inspired dresses...yet again this twosome prove to be pushing the bounderies again!

The inspiration today came in within the book The Blue Tattoo , where it was inspired by creating a slick warrior hairstyle that represented where the collection was coming from and also an Aztec lip tattoo to make it more of the theme.
Dresses and seprate piece where designed in Ocean Blue, Hot pink and Embellishement with beads and jewellery.
One dress that i was particular fund of was the Hot pink ruffled rose inspired dress that captured the moment of many others....it was the big ruffles and the texture of the colour that pulled it of!

Impressive comments were coming from Vogue Editor Emma Eliwick-Bates who said: "Fyodor Golan bring modern verve to occasionwear. They have unprecedented attention to detail - the china-cut mosaic, the ruffles and the printed silks,"
Then there were the architectural hats with wear designed by Zara Gorman who created a lamp inspired creation as i see it....it rather very modern indeed!
