New York Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2014: Altuzarra

9.2.14

The Altuzarra show, showed-cased lots of pop colour and shearling in the AW14 collection. The ones I've picked out are my favourites from the collection, simply because they weren't boring and they had lots of colour...the ones with the bright colour palette.

Altuzzara said that a trip to the Art Basel was part of the inspiration for the Autumn/Winter collection, first seeing a pink tapestry from Sheila Hicks and another from furniture designer Maria Pergay in which saw a sofa. Some of those idea definitely featured on the runaway seeing some models wearing Pergay style chokers after being inspired. Overall, the Khaki inspired double belt coats where certainly the eye-catching moments, especially when some of them look perfectly warm for the New York snowy weather this season. The colours will certainly put you in a good mood for this winter!
